Booking terms and conditions: |

A deposit
of 50% of total accommodation is payable and due with
our confirmation of your booking to secure your reservation.
Deposit can be paid by credit card (VISA-, Master-, or
American Express Card),
or bank transfer to our bank
account with proof by fax. |

Balance for accommodation is payable in cash or by
credit card on arrival. All extras (phone, drinks,
laundry) payable on departure. |

Cancellation policy: |
|
If cancelled between 30 and 15 days before date of
arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled within 14 days before date of arrival or in
case of no-show, 80% of all nights will be charged.
In case of premature departure 100% of all nights will
be charged. |

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at
the discretion of management and the ability to re-let
rooms. Legal domicile is Cape Town, South Africa. |
