The lodge offers nine non-smoking rooms in two adjoining properties, each designed for comfort. Room options include Superior Rooms with king-size beds and private terraces, Deluxe Rooms with queen-size beds and garden access, and compact Classic Rooms near reception. 

All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, safes, tea and coffee stations, hairdryers, and premium bath products.

Spa

Choose from Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish, or Thai massage—available in 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions. Sports and Deep Tissue target muscle tension and injuries, Swedish is gentle and relaxing, and Thai combines deep pressure with stretching. Open daily 10:00–22:00.

Township Tours

A signature feature of Hajo’s Lodge is its authentic township tours in Cape Town, led by Hajo Kowalke and his team of experienced local guides. Guests can explore Cape Town’s townships—such as Langa and Khayelitsha—on half-day or evening Tours  and Sunday tours with gospel church. 

Each experience is designed to be informative, respectful, and community-focused, offering insight into local life, culture, history, and grassroots development projects. Those exclusive private tours are available in English and German.
